Hi I am new to Visalus

My name Diane I started yesterday to take Visalus, taking 2 shakes per day and eating normal the other meal...BUT I am lost...I have counted calories all my life and wondering besides the 2 shakes how many calories can I eat in a day. MFP had me eating 1300 calories per day...how do I do this....need your help:drinker:

Welcome to the Challenge!!!!! I am on my 1st challenge. I have about 20 days to go...
You should be snacking every 2-3 hours. You'll make your caloric goal that way and your body won't want to go into starvation mode. If you eat at least 1200 calories a day, you should see results in your measurements or the scale. Add me as a friend and you can look at my diary to get some ideas about snacks.

For snacks I might have:
pistachios
canned tuna
hummus and thin triscuits
celery/carrots and dip
string cheese
slim jim
turkey pepperoni
turkey and cheese slider
turkey roll-ups
hard boiled eggs
greek yogurt
laughing cow cheese and crackers
fruit
90 calorie fiber one bars and/or brownies0
