    Miss Rose- Nice job on getting those miles in to start off the week

    reese66- love running on trails & this time of year would be pretty

    eudamonia- go for that 10K !!

    thinktank32k- love me some cupcakes, funny because I follow a group of ladies with MomsRunthisTown and they are doing a cupcake type of virtual race

    Vereushka - Ugh, hate injuries. Take it easy & give it some rest ~ you will be back at it soon (I should really take my own advise since I keep running even though my big toe hates me for it LOL)

    Katrina & Waffler - way to go & get those miles in !


    Here are my miles so far, I plan on running further on Tuesday if my toe will let me :frown:

    10/14/2012 SUNDAY: 2.10 miles, elliptical machine (4.3 average pace), max level 5, elliptical said I burned 225 calories, I logged 170.
    10/15/2012 MONDAY: 2.15 miles, elliptical machine (4.4 average pace), max level 7, elliptical said I burned 250 calories, I logged 180.
    10/16/2012 TUESDAY: 2.50 miles, elliptical machine (4.3 average pace, but max level 7), elliptical said I burned 300 calories, I logged about 250.
    TOTAL: 6.75, 8.25 to go and 4 days to do it! (Wed/Thurs/Fri/Saturday!)

    Yeah!!! Nice numbers for you, too!!! I think I might have to take a week off in between the next challenge. It's been tough for me and I don't want to wear myself out, but I'm really proud of everyone this week!!! :) Halfway there!

    MFP says that i have been here 90 days now - have run 51 times since starting here. now that my long run is over 6 miles, i would like to sign up for my first 10K.

    That's some awesome mileage to start off the week.
