W3D1 - How far do you get?

When I start the warm up walk, I also start my "Endomondo" tracker to get the distance for the workout also. Yesterday I made it 2.5 miles in the 28 minutes is that average??? Not sure just courious if any one else looks at this?

    Not average, but certainly good. You will have not problem completing a 5k.

    That's faster than me too! I do about 2.3 miles in 30 minutes.

    I was at 1.87 miles on W3D1 with the warm up and cool down. I am up to 2.41 miles now for W7D1 (25 min - no intervals) not including the warm up. I have 36 days to go until my race. I am feeling pretty good about where I am at for finishing without stopping or coming in last :) It sounds like you are in really good shape for week three. If you watch out for injuries, you should have no problem. WTG!

    Week 3 certainly is challenging me. Really lacked energy on W3D1. 2.25 miles in 30:51. Today W3D2 felt a little better 2.25 in 28:31. Trying to manage my breathing but I am really sucking wind and barely recover after the 3 minute walk. Hopefully Friday's run will be better. Sticking with it though.

    When I did week 3 I went 2 miles during the 28 minute session. When I was finished I did a half mile cooldown then I jogged for another 1/2 mile just for the fun of it.

    Super effort!!! Way to go!!!:drinker:
