ZUMBA
walking
jogging
running
dancing
30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels
KickBox Fast Fix by JIllian MIchaels
Free weights for arms, shoulders, back

My least favorite(most included in the JIllian Michaels DVD's):
LOUNGES!!!!
pushups
planks

    Favorite excercise:
    Walking
    XBox Dance Central (it's fun and you really sweat)
    I also like to swim, although I don't do it as much as I should

    Least fav:
    I DON'T RUN!!! I have bad knees, so running is out of the question. Wish I could run. In high school I could run a 6 min mile. Those days are over.
    Push Up's, I generally end up just laying on the floor.

    I really want to try Zumba, but I committed to finish the 90-days of Tapout XT, so I"ve got to do that first.........

    Spinning (when i had a gym membership)
    Bodypump (when i had a gym membership)
    Zumba, anything to dance to
    Yoga
    Jogging/Walking
    Lunges, squats, and planks
    Arm, chest, back w free weights.

    Def do not like: PUSH UPS, DIPS (the best workouts for the jiggly arm right?) lol
