    No running this week due to hip issue - well since last Wednesday's run! :(

    Unlikely to hit my target of 50 this month, but will still keep it up when back on the road next week & if I don't get there, I'll just have to try next month :)

    Ran today with my 12 yo daughter and 10 yo son 6.12 miles in 1:13:30 (a 12:00 min per mile pace) on hills. They were so excited. They are reaching their goal and I am reaching mine.
