Sorry, if I got you guys off track. I didn't realize the double 22 threads we're different days and whatever. I guess I should pay more attention eh? LOL anyways minimum squats today drum roll please!

130 squats! For this thursday I want you to try to do something different with your squats. Do something creative no matter if it's an actual squat exercise or something you made up. Just do it! Have fun :)

    Alright, I just got done doing my squats. Those frog squats are NO JOKE! Dead serious. They started getting really hard before I even got to ten. o.o wooo.

    150 squats

    4 sets
    1. 20 frog squats
    2. 80 regular squats
    3. 35 jump squats
    4. 15 frog squats

    That was definitely more of a challenge.

    Was not able to sign on yesterday - 125 squats - done!

    Sorry nothing fancy from me today just completed the 130 squats - its getting real tough
