130 squats! For this thursday I want you to try to do something different with your squats. Do something creative no matter if it's an actual squat exercise or something you made up. Just do it! Have fun

Alright, I just got done doing my squats. Those frog squats are NO JOKE! Dead serious. They started getting really hard before I even got to ten. o.o wooo.
150 squats
4 sets
1. 20 frog squats
2. 80 regular squats
3. 35 jump squats
4. 15 frog squats
That was definitely more of a challenge.0 -
