so, i'm EXACTLY the same, haha. how is this even possible. let's hope it's muscle gain, haha. i do feel stronger and leaner actually. my stomach looks flatter and my arms more defined (let's not talk about the legs, haha). i do wish i would've had a little bit of loss, but hey, there's always next week! we'll see..0 -

Good job everyone for doing the shred for a week and meeting goals!!! I see alot of you are looking not to lose but to get stronger which is great...i also see losses in the mix!! woooohooooooooo! My story is opposite and i have no one to blame but me....i have been eating like crazy and the shred wont help me until i get that under control. Here are my stats....defiinitely gonna have a loss in week 2:

Nice work shredders. I didn't see the results I wanted to on the scale, but some of my work clothes seem a teeny tiny bit looser, so I'm taking that as my achievement for the week, and hoping to see it more in the numbers next week. Keep on shredding shredders...it will all pay off in the end!0

Well, no drastic movement on the scale, but I think that's to be expected with 30DS.. We're all gaining muscle and toning up. I think measurements are more important for this particular workout! Even though I only show a one pound difference on the scale, the scale can't measure how I FEEL.. and I FEEL awesome!! I start Level Two tomorrow, I'm so proud of myself for sticking with something and being consistent about it. My clothes feel better and I feel like I'm looking a bit more toned. This time around, the scale doesn't own me!

I lost a little less than half a pound. I was really hoping for more, but I have noticed some of my work clothes fitting a little looser. So, I'm using that to stay motivated, and hoping to see a bigger difference on the scale next week.0

Today is Day 6 for me. I started the 30DS on Friday and am taking 1 rest day. I haven't lost any lbs either, but have lost an inch in my waist. I haven't measured everything else though. I wanted to wait until the end of level 1, but I felt my pants were looser so I had to measure
Don't get discouraged by the scale!!!! The measurements are WAY better to determine your progress, especially with 30DS. Muscle weighs more than fat, and that's what we're building!! Keep shredding!!!

I lost 3 pounds this week! I was shocked, and so happy!!! I complain a lot about doing the shred... but loved the results when I weighed in. This is actually my second week doing the shred. The first week I didn't lose as much.0

Yea....I am on week two of my zumba and I feel like I fluctuate everyday. I would like to see a good 2-3lbs lost next week...but on a good note... maybe I am losing inches because I fit into a pair of jeans I couldn't fit last week.
