    Yes - would also love to see photos of new mammies at about 3 mth post delivery.

    How much weight loss is a realistic expectation post pregnancy and in what time frame?

    I have photos but don't want them to get too public :) I am 4 months PP

    I don't see much of a difference but I am def toning up now. I lost 20lbs the first month then lulled out til this past month
