    From my experiance in this phase things you will CONQUER:

    1) Squats
    2) Sumo Squats
    3) Lunges
    4) Biceps
    5) Rows
    6) Lateral Raise
    7) PUSH-UPS! - Still cant believe I can do 12 push ups now!

    Only lift enough to get you to failure(the point that your muscles cant take anymore)
    Always 10-12 Reps No more or Less

    Time to Get Extreme - Is 3 sets of 8 second reps focusing on targeting a muscle and flexing consecutively the whol 30 seconds! It is Intense!

    My Legs Love this Phase - They are Toned and the Buns are lifted! Hahah
