yeah, watched that this morning.
i'll up the weight next time i do them. i think i need to drop my hips a little more.0 -
Considering its your last set, im guessing you didnt have to "snap" or raise your back to get it off the ground?0

Bit too much momentum IMO.
I'd lower the weight a little and try and squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top.
If you're goal with the rows is to get stronger then it is better to do it with the best form possible.
I always aim to hit the chest in the same position as you would doing bench press.0 -

If it's coming to the top of you're chest then you're elbows will be flaring. (not the best for you're shoulders long term)0
