Ripped in 30-Week 1-Day 2

Hey everyone,
I just started Ripped in 30 yesterday 10/22/2012. I recently finished 30 day shred a few days ago, i had great results, but not as great as i wanted, i'm hoping ripped in 30 helps more with my belly area. Before 30 day shred, i weighed in at 154 lbs and ended at 146. I definitely saw a change in my body, but not a dramatic change. I will post Before and After pics. Anyone else doing this please reply and let me know how things are going for you all. oh i am not doing the diet plan, just eating a little less than usual.

I am starting level 3 of the Shred tomorrow. Ten days left of the Shred and then I can start Ripped in 30. Can't wait! Is this your first time doing Ripped in 30. I am so nervous because I haven't done it before. Ahhhhhh!0

Level 3 is wayy better and a bit easier than level 2, in my opinion. Goood Luck. any results so far??0

I definitely like level 3 better, but all those jumps are killing me.
I have lost 6.3 pounds and 6.75 inches from my waist, chest, and hips. I also do the elliptical though, so I get an extra good calorie burn from that.
