Well, I am happy to say I finished Week 4. Week 3 knocked me for a loop because so many of the moves required balance and strength. Week 4 was easier. I did Week 3 Day 2! Day 1 blew me away, so I went back and did several days of 30 Day Shred, instead. Today I made my own modifications of the modifications. Week 3 Day 1, I think this is really hard. I am way off balance for everything.I feel like I can't really do any of the moves. I hope it gets better, but at least I tried.
November 26th
I am starting week three over so today will be week 3 day 1 for me! I am back on track and going to kick *kitten* the rest of the year!! I ate good last week but didn't workout very much cause my husband was off work for thanksgiving but I am ready to see some weight loss, inches lost and strength built.
Thanksgiving workout! Nov 22
Have a great thanksgiving all! Had a great workout this morning! Feels great to be back on track. Think since i have missed a few days I am going to probley extend this workout a week or two so I can get better results.
Week 4
Thursday 22 November - Day 1 of week 4. Back to some of my least liked exercises - burpees and renegade rows. And the cardio seems quite high impact - I may keep that at the lower intensity level as I have a weak ankle.
