I did Week 3 Day 2! Day 1 blew me away, so I went back and did several days of 30 Day Shred, instead. Today I made my own modifications of the modifications. It seems that we do quad stuff until my quads are so fatigued and shaky that I can't keep my balance. The roll back jump up things are high stress and I am substituting sit-ups. Did anyone else really, really struggle with week 3?It seems to me that:grumble: there is a tremendous jump in difficulty between week 2 and week 3.
