    Hi!

    I'm 5'6'
    Heaviest Prior to MFP: 175-180 (back in 2006 ... kinda weird for me to admit these days)
    CW: ~134
    Goal : around 130... really just trying to lose the stubborn fat.
    Struggling to lose any type of weight/inches though, maybe lost .5 at the waist and .5 of a pound since May :sad: .. it'd be great to find others to stay motivated...feel free to add me. :)

    I workout 4-6 days/week and do a combination of weight lifting and running. Currently training for a 1/2 marathon in December. I love working out and have no problem motivating myself to do that, it's just the food I struggle with. I recently upped calories from 1,200/day+exercise (about 1600 total) to 2,100. I'm feeling much better and not gaining. I focus on high protein, and don't eat much grain/wheat products and very little processed foods. I cook a lot. Weakness is desert and alcohol.

    GW: 120 (not really focusing on weight, more so getting toned)

    I've gained about 10 lbs in the past 6 months, I don't necessarily want to lose it, bc before I was lanky looking. I want to use this weight gain to my advantage and tone it up!

    Anyone in a similar situation would be appreciated, because it's not been easy staying on track when I don't see any changes after over a month of changing my everyday lifestyle!

    Current: 115-116 (my scales don't work very accurately on the carpet here at uni :/)

    I just gained almost 10lbs back from a diet I did previously..it wasn't the best diet so I am hoping I can take this weight of healthy and keep it off! Heres to those lbs dropping!!! Can't wait to see the 120's again!!

    EleMeleUkulel - its scary but my stats are almost exactly the same as yours (also copy/paste as I only needed to change 3 small figures!):
