So today my blood tests results were in the mail and many things were flagged but my physician hasn't called me.

TSH - 0.075 (0.450-4.50)
T4 - 2.24 (0.82-1.77)
Ferritin - 8 ( 13-150)
TPO Ab - 879 (0-34)
*specimen was diluted in order to obtain results and results were repeated.

Currently taking 200 mcg of Synthroid .. and the last week has been killer on me, symptom wise.

I'd give them a call...looks like you're hyper and your dose needs to be decreased :)

call them! My endocrinologist responds within a few hours of receiving the results, she uses e-mail. Your doc may also use e-mail which is quicker then going through the clerical staff. Also, she started me on cytomel and gave me more energy and feel better (take it in A.M. and at 1ish) Lowered synthroid and added cytomel, I suggest you ask your doc about it. Good luck
  • Thanks! Going to give them a call now. He is usually on top of it and really helpful so I was surprised to see this!

When i went for my first ever test i phoned the reception for my results and they said it was fine and i was to get a blood test in 6 months. I waited a few hours and phoned again this time demanding the Dr who told me yes you need meds! If i hadnt phoned back i would never have been treated then lol
