I Got through todays workout really well. Sturggled with the same things i think i will always struggled but the things i feel good about were stepped up a notch again! One day of this level to go!

Had such a busy day. Had to take 8 hours of testing at school and didnt think I was going to do the shred today because I was just so tired but as soon as I got home I had to. I have came so far I didnt want to miss a day. So proud of myself... Day 19 complete! yay0

i am back I promise to finish strong ladies... it was crazy here for a few days, I was sick, my son fell and hit his head.. we spent time at the hospital.. but we are on the mend.. I made myself work out hard.. I was breathing like an asthmatic towards the end... that would be because i had a few day hiatus.. but any whoo I am ready to finish strong..
I have not lost a pound since I started this I have actually gained 3 I am hoping by the end of this I look smaller because that is what the word SHRED means right.. I have a felling I am gonna have the HULKS thighs by the time I'm done.. of course with NO definition...
I do have to admit.. I feel great .. so something is happening

Great work girls! I had a good workout for day 19. I woke up with a really sore neck , unsure if it was from the shred or just a bad sleep.. Anyway it's better now which is good0

Day 19 completed and did a little of Level 3. Tomorrow is last day of Level 2 for me plus my running day.0

Few crazy days but I'm still chugging along. I do days of just cardio and have a rest day at least once a week too. One more day of level two woohoo.0

Today was day 9 of level 2 for me. Tomorrow is Sunday and a rest day. It wasn't easy but it wasn't horrible either. I had gotten sick and had missed a total of four days. I was sore after day 8 again, but not too much soreness after today's workout.
I know I am behind most of you but I am not stopping!0
