No weight loss, but I am happy with no gain either! I know I need to focus more on exercise. I can definitely tell I already feel better by eating less processed foods and more fruits and veggies. So that is victory in itself Here's to next week! And awesome job to the ladies who have already weighed in!0 -

Dangerously close to getting under that 200 lb mark.
Feeling so much better now that I am back in the routine of working out every day!
This weekend is going to be bad though - eating out for almost every meal and won't have much time for working out (at least I will be walking almost all day).0 -

Started week at 147.5, today 146.8. Surprized me a bit, but happily. I still have another 1/2 lb to go to be back where I was 2 weeks ago. I need to be more vigilent with my food choices, often find myself sneaking a few chocolate chips from the trailmix treat for my little one.0
