    No weight loss, but I am happy with no gain either! I know I need to focus more on exercise. I can definitely tell I already feel better by eating less processed foods and more fruits and veggies. So that is victory in itself =) Here's to next week! And awesome job to the ladies who have already weighed in!

    Last week - 205
    Current - 200.8

    Dangerously close to getting under that 200 lb mark.

    Feeling so much better now that I am back in the routine of working out every day!

    This weekend is going to be bad though - eating out for almost every meal and won't have much time for working out (at least I will be walking almost all day).

    Started week at 147.5, today 146.8. Surprized me a bit, but happily. I still have another 1/2 lb to go to be back where I was 2 weeks ago. I need to be more vigilent with my food choices, often find myself sneaking a few chocolate chips from the trailmix treat for my little one.

    Well done everyone! A small gain for me but i will use it to push myself on my run tomorrow.
