New to group
Hello all, i weigh in on saturdays and hope to lose some weight this year. As of last week saturday i was 85.8KG (189.1lb) Hoping for a good loss this week. Incorporated some exercise and trying to keep to my low carb eating regime. How is everyone doing with their eating habits and exercise so far this year?

Hey everyone! Sorry I dropped the ball on our weigh ins the past month. Let's get back at it and try to use the New Year as some extra excitement for getting on track. I'm changing our weigh ins to Fridays or Saturdays. Let's do it!
Weigh in Here for January 4th or 5th
Hi to anyone out there still a part of this group! I"m weighing in today at 224.6. I'm up but I feel like I have focus to get on track. Not gonna dwell on it, just moving forward. I hope I can be the one saying I lost a bunch next week!

Hi there! anybody else out there? Well today I weigh in at 144.4

Hope you don't mind I added this for today as it wasn't posted yet. I have been victorious! went from 149 to 144.8, so I'm now back on track. Hope everyone else is having success too!

Hey everyone! I was out of town last week for Thanksgiving and forgot to post a thread for our weigh in. I also kinda assumed that no one would want to weigh in after Thanksgiving. SO, let's get back on track together!!

Hey y'all! How did we do this past week? I really felt awesome from pre-planning all my meals and I am down to 220! So happy, because I had gone up to 224 at one point last week. Keep up the good work ladies!
