Hello all, i weigh in on saturdays and hope to lose some weight this year.
As of last week saturday
i was 85.8KG (189.1lb)
Hoping for a good loss this week. Incorporated some exercise and trying to keep to my low carb eating regime.
How is everyone doing with their eating habits and exercise so far this year?

    Technically i weight everyday but joined this group to stop obsessing and do it once a week!

    Ive done no exercise this year! and my diet has been awful but ive been ill so hoping to change that very soon.
