Don't skip Phase 6

                    I started phase 6 today.  I was going to skip it like the book says but I decided to try it.  I am glad I did!  I could acutally do the Negative Chin Up and I did real push ups man style today.  It shows how much stronger I have become throughout the program.

            I agree not to skip it. I still can't do all my pushups on the floor (I can do 1, maybe 2), and I use assistance for the negative chin-ups, but I'm glad I didn't jump from 5 to 7. Stage 6 is challenging me, and I definitely feel stronger for it!

            I got half-way through Stage 6 before I injured myself....and I decided not to finish Stage 6 once my injury healed. I *still* think about Stage 6 and, one of these days, I'm going to get back to it and KILL IT.
(I *still* cannot do an unassisted pull-up and that was one of my 2012 goals....guess it might get pushed into 2013!)0 -
