I just saw this last week and realized I had not been squatting low enough. Maybe you already know this, but I didn't, so I thought I'd share.

I watched this the other day!! Changed my squats accordingly last night (not with weights) and I can def feel it in the back of my legs today and I don't know if it's a coincidence but no knee pain!0

Yes!! Ladies if you're squatting, please be at or below parallel, keep weight in the heels and sit hips back first! Learn to squat correctly and you wont have kne pain0
