    So close!!! I'm 31 same height, current weight ranges between 132-135, but my goal weight is 125-130. My HW was 160 and LW was in the low 100s in high school (was a ballet dancer).

    HW - Whatever it was after having my girls... Highest maintained weight is about 145.
    LW - 114
    CW - 138.2
    BF - 21.3%
    GW - Not sure... We'll see what 18% BF looks like and decide from there.

    Hey all! I've seen some possible relatives of mine, but no twins yet. So here it goes:

    Age: 31
    Height: 5' 2"
    Heaviest: 150
    Lowest: 112
    Current: 123
    Goal: 118

    I've gained about 10 pounds in the last year. I gained several pounds over the winter last year, but lost most of it over the summer. Then I did the 30 Day Shred and had very weird results. I gained about 4 pounds from day 1 to day 30, and didn't lose any inches anywhere... Strange! Anyhow, I've been doing Ripped in 30 and Killer Buns & Thighs and steadily gaining weight. Probably at least partially attributable to muscle gain, but frustrating nonetheless.

    You seem to be closest for me...

    Lowest: 121
    Current: 130
    Goal: 105-110 (I don't know which will be better due to the fact that I have a lot of muscle)

    I do track my weight all the time but I judge my progress on how my pants fit. They don't fit atm!
    I did JM for a short.. it helped gain muscle strength and stamina so I could do more regular exercise for burning fat like running and all the crazy P90X cardio things...

    Heaviest: 175 (This was almost 10 years ago have been around 145 since then)
    Lowest: 135
    Current: 144
    Goal: 135
    Body Fat: 27.8%

    So although weight wise I'm not that different body fat has gone up was over 30% when I started MFP. Just looking to get toned and if I get under 140 that'll be a bonus. Doing Body Revolution at the moment and will finish this Dec so looking forward to looking better by Christmas :happy:

  • Hey i don't really need to lose any weight but I want to stay healthy and track my food but I have one question are the sugars in almond milk natural or added because it seems that although its healthier I am exceeding my sugar limit all the time because of my milk?

    GW: Whatever, really. I just want to be the best me I can be. And if that's at 135 lbs, awesome. I've never weighed that as an adult. If it's at 160 and I'm smoking hot, that's fine, too.

    I exercise A LOT. I weight lift, run, love pilates, yoga, damn near anything and everything.

    Body fat is more important than weight, so I would suggest at least trying to find your average. A bodybuilder might weigh the same as a morbidly obese person, but their body compositions are vastly different.     GW: 125 although measurements and muscle are more important to me.

    BF: 28-30%
    GBF: 19%

    I'm not overweight but people are shocked when they find out my weight because I look at least 25 lbs heavier with all this body fat.
    My worst areas are my love handles, they are huge and protruding, and even at my lowest weight they were there. It's been a life long battle that I hope I'm finally beginning to win now I've learnt the right way of going about it from MFP and other fantastic fitness sites. Although I have lost and gained the same 5 lbs for a while now. FULL STEAM AHEAD!
