Hi ya,
can anyone suggest a good protein as ive never used one before and obviously a lot of ricipes in the elite nutrition has it in.
Looking to loose weigh while doing insanity, if that makes a difference.

They deliver to Uk cheap, the strawberry cream tastes like milkshake even when mixed with 200ml water.
