level 2 hard on the joints?

hey guys, how's it going?

i was wondering.. ever since starting level 2 (only 3 days now), my joints are a bit i don't know... sore? i don't know if it's the right word but i am actually noticing feelings in my joints which i've never had before so yea.. is the warming up that jillian does enough for the whole workout or should i add some extra stuff? i've been feeling my knees mostly, but also my hips a bit. and during the workout my ankles and elbows hurt quite a bit.. help?

    I'm definitely feeling level two in my knees.. I didn't have this problem with level one. I'm not sure what to do either! Any advice would be appreciated! :)
