The Challenges are starting on Monday's now, it sounds more reasonable!!
The "challenge"-
Eat under 1200 calories and exercise 3 or more days a week for 30 minutes or more, and only 1 diet coke a day, the rest water!!

Joined this group and then came down with pneumonia! Didn't have any trouble at all keeping it under 1200 calories but only cause I was so sick!0

Here we go! Anyone here doing anything different? For instance, I started the Paleo diet 10 days ago, kept it under 1200 calories and drank less than 1 soda/coffee a day, the rest water. I went down 11 pounds! Yeah, I know; probably water weight.
But now I'm going to incorporate the Paleo exercises plus a little bit of Crossfit ideas into my routine 3xday for 30 minutes minimum. Let's see how that works.
