Has anyone experience after eating at the 15% cut more hungry and have went over thier calorie level. If so what could this mean. Now for the past 2 days i ate trust me i ate good. I didn't pay attention to macros that much but i haven't gain any wait and ate way over 2000 calories i forgot to track yesterday.

It is normal to be more hungry after starting to eat more. If you go over your cut but stay within your TDEE things should be fine. Be sure though to stick to your macros too. Important to get the protein in.0

Yes my hunger kicked up. I also tend to get more hungry right before and during my period. I increase my calories by about 200/day and that seems to help.0

Yep, I'm eating more and getting hungrier. Still staying within cals, but it's. Weird that I could do it when I was eaten 200 cals less!0

Yes I upped my cals from 1540 to 1710, plus my exercise cals...now I'm hungry all the time. Really trying to make sure I get the protein in but it's still not perfect.0
