Lost my stone already

At this morning's weigh in I was 206 lbs, so that is 17lbs lost so far, and met my goal of a stone by Christmas, and another month plus to go, had bit of a wobble last week, I had gone up, but seems it was just a wobble

    Up on the scales this morning and now a full stone gone. Delighted.

    Will push on and try to shift at least another 1/2 a stone before christmas.

    Nice feeling isn't it? Just wondering where we will be at Christmas, too much to hope for another stone I guess
