Adding days to my 1st cycle

Well, I have been VERY LOOSELY following the plan since Thursday....and by that I mean, generally eating the food, but then cheating as well....

Today, I had breakfast, off plan, then had candy at like 3 pm cus I couldn't leave my internship for food, and didn't eat anything til like almost 6 pm. Then I ate a yogurt and something off plan...

This evening I ate on plan foods, but like the fruit, obviously after 2 pm.

ANYWAYS, due to my not following it thoroughly, I am adding 5 days to my first cycle to make it up. Nov 5 will be my last day on cycle 1 this time around.

Just wanted to let everyone know in case you want to join me, OR if you ever wonder why I am behind in comparison to you guys on my cycles! :)

Yes...I think that wouldn't be a bad idea to extend your Ph 1 for a few extra days...especially when we lose the most weight in Ph1, hey!

Good for you to keep @ it & for taking so much initiative on here! You've given lots of positive feedback. That's awesome..we all need encouragement & good advice. Thank-you Janelle!

...just remember that you may be losing inches without even realizing it

Well thank YOU for the awesome encouragement and support as well!! :)

You know, I felt like my pants were more loose today. I am having TOM visit right now so I am craving all bad and horrible things under the sun, am really bloated, etc, but somehow, my pants seemed loose and my shirt laid a little more flat than usual...not AS muffin toppy.

I convinced myself it was all in my head...but I think I am going to go with your assessment and say that it is the plan working :) haha

Tomorrow, back on plan for me. I ate all the good trick or treat candy my baby "got" (my boyfriend and i got...haha) So I don't have to worry about all of THAT stuff staring me in the face or lurking around the corner...

I think what is helping me with getting back on plan for good is that when i first cheated, i wasn't even craving anything bad. i wanted my plan food, but out of convenience because i didn't have it reay, and because my sugar was dropping, i ate a piece of candy while out trick or treating. then my entire family went to a pizza joint...and it has been down hill since then, it started the cravings. so now i know...avoid avoid avoid....lol

That's AWESOME that your clothes are getting looser....I bet if you kept track of your body fat you would see the results as well!

I know when I give into my cravings then I just can't stop eating the bad stuff & then I feel gross & guilty! Self-control is MUCH easier when we stay away from the sugar all together, hey! But I can see your point of getting rid of all those treats asap...

All the best to you as you start back on your plan... U ARE DOING IT & U CAN DO IT!!!!
