My goals this week

1). start a workout routine.
2). Drink at least 8 cups if water a day.
3). Stay within my calories.

    1) Cut out the processed sugar
    2) Eat at least 3 veg servings a day
    3) Drink at least 8 glasses of pure water each day
    4) Lift weights at least twice this week
    4) Stay off the scale until Nov 4th

    1) Increase my cardio
    2) Change my routine
    3) Decrease my sugar intake
    4) Drink lots of water
    5) Add more fresh fruits to my diet

    2. Increase cardio to 6 days a week
    3. Log food daily
    4. Revaluate daily diet plan - with carbs, fats, and proteins

    1. Don't go out for brunch
    2. Don't eat any pizza, even while watching basketball! SALADS.
    3. Cardio three times this week. (dancing, running, elliptical.)
    4. Get out and hit some tennis balls!

    Didn't have to really set a goal. Moved my elderly parents this week. Moved & unpacked boxes. Cleaned & scrubbed. Every bone in my body feels it!
