Just failed 5x5 OP

Do I just try the same weight again, or decrease by 10% then work back up? I stalled at 90lbs (5/5/5/4/3/4) and my form went out the window.

    Generally, 3 stalls before a deload. Try increasing your rest between sets (up to 5min).
