Do you smash it in there
My wife cooked my first lean and green and the green was broccoli. She asked if she was supposed to make more fit as just scooping it didn't leave me very much to have. Sorry if this is a dumb question....just trying to survive day 2.

Yeah, I totally agree with that. Buy yourself a decent scale and you will get your uses out of it. We bought one and we were surprised at how much 6 oz of chicken really was! That is a great website. Thanks for sharing it!0

I also weigh everything. I bought a $15 scale at Wal-Mart that does tare weight. I place my Tupperware dish on the scale, zero it, and then get the weight of what I add. The thing I like about my scale is that I can change from grams to ounces depending on how the foods are listed in the database.0
