Alright mamas... whatever your workout routine may be, lets hold ourselves/each other accountable by sharing how we got our sweat on for the day.

Monday, 10/29: Turbo Fire, HIIT20 & Chalean Extreme, Burn Intervals

  • Today I will be on the treadmill walking, jogging, climbing. Incline range: 0-12. Speed rangeL 3.5-4.3. Durration: 55 min for 400 calories. Will also do 3 sets of 20 reps of back, bicep, tricep and shoulder free weight sets.
  • 10/30 level 1, day 5 of 30 day shed for 300 some calories
  • day 30 of 30DS! and 20 min on my elliptical.

    10/30 Day 2 of 30 day shred! got though 100% but only gave it about 90% because I was sore from the day before. I hope to get stronger each day!

    10/31 Day 3 30DS Lvl 1 + 10min on the elipitical + walking 2.9 miles (1.5hrs) My legs will probably fell like jello in the morning!

    10/31: chalean extreme, burn circuit 2... Turbofire stretch 10
    11/01: 20+ minute run ... Turbofire, fire30... 5 minutes abs/5 minute stretch
    Calories burned:566 (not real sure about the run since I forgot to wear my hr monitor!)

  • I'm sorry for not replying sooner.. but the entire family was struck by a stomach flu.... horrifying ..but great for the weight :-P But I haven't done any workout since saturday.

    The 30DS vs. RI30 - I find it really similar! I liked the 30DS and it is pretty much the same concept (strength - cardio - abs). I read a few comments about it here on MFP and I agree that going from L3 on the 30DS to W1 RI30 is kind of a step down, but that's not a problem for me, I was so out of shape when I started Oct 1st and have stuck with Anita mostly and now I'm able to step it up! ....although I have understood that week 2 and coming is anything but a cakewalk :-)

    Great work everyone! I hope I have the strength to do it tomorrow!

    I'm not surprised, stomach flu is horrible! Hope you're feeling better now.

    70 Mins Zumba and a short run home = goodbye 680 cals :)

    Yuck. Stomach flu is the WORST!!! Sorry mama! I hate throwing up so the flu (and my first trimesters) are a damn nightmare for me!!
    Any how...
    11/5: rest (baby boy was sooo clingy!)
    11/6: TF:Fire30 & CLX:burn circuit 3 (734 calories burned)
    11/7: TF:Fire60 (714 calories burned)

    Hope I can get one in today but the outlook is bleak... Hubby working over time and will be dead tired to watch baby for me when he gets home :(

    Update... Got to workout today :)
    11/8: 1.95 mile walk carrying baby in bjorn & pushing my daughter in the stroller (calorie burn:303) & chalean extreme:burn circuit 3 (calorie burn:302)

  • Thank you all for sympathies! Finally W1 day 4 of RI30! I thought I was going to faint... But I did it and it's thanks to you. I could have done it yesterday I was well enough but it is really easy to fall of the wagon and having you to keep me accountable is worth so much!
