Goals!

I have tried to motivate myself with different goals, a goal weight will not be sufficient for me... I do have a weight goal - 125 lbs - but getting fit is of course the over all goal.
My work out of choice used to be running and one of my goals is getting back to that. Up here in Scandinavia we are soon in the midst of the dark, cold and snowy time of the year so my plan is to start in early spring and during the summer work my way to 10 k in 50 min! It doesn't sound to crazy but for me it will be starting from 0 with slow jogs...
Just before I realized I was pregnant I had started with yoga. Before I didn't think I could because I have a bad back - but I loved it! Working out in candle light - what's not to love?! I want to get back on that horse. I realize that a true yogi would probably advice me not to have goals set up with yoga...
Another goal is to manage to do "military style" push ups! (= not on the knees...)
Tell me about your fitness goals!

My goals are to reach my happy weight, look toned an fit, be able to look good in anything I wear, do one unassisted pull-up (ha!) & ultimately to do whatever is in my power to extend the amount of time I have on this earth with my loved ones by being healthy.0

My No1. goal is to incorporate a balanced eating and exercise regime. As an all or nothing kinda person, I'm either really going for it and eating healthy, or being completely sedentary and gorging on grossness.
My main body goal is to get down to 20% body fat (currently 31%) or 128lbs, whichever turns out to be the right amount of lean muscle for me. I'm not going to focus on a specific weight, more on body composition.0
