My goals this week
1). start a workout routine.
2). Drink at least 8 cups if water a day.
3). Stay within my calories.

1) Cut out the processed sugar
2) Eat at least 3 veg servings a day
3) Drink at least 8 glasses of pure water each day
4) Lift weights at least twice this week
4) Stay off the scale until Nov 4th0 -

1. Don't go out for brunch
2. Don't eat any pizza, even while watching basketball! SALADS.
3. Cardio three times this week. (dancing, running, elliptical.)

Didn't have to really set a goal. Moved my elderly parents this week. Moved & unpacked boxes. Cleaned & scrubbed. Every bone in my body feels it!0
