Heres the thread we have all been waiting for :D:D Cant wait to see and hear about all your results. Here are my pics and measurements :D:D
Measurements:--
Weight :- 4lbs loss
Waist:- 2 inches
Arms:- 1 1/2 inches all in
Across belly button:- 2 1/2
Hips:- 2 inches
Bum:- 1/2 inch
Thighs:- 1 inch all in
Calves:- 1 inch all in.
Under bust - no change
10 1/2 inches lost altogether
Measurements:--

I don't have pics, but I lost....
Total of 7 lbs.
almost 2.5 inches off my belly
2 inches from my hips
1 inch off my thighs
1 inch from my natural waist
1.5 inches from area above my chest
I will take that in 30 days thank you:)!!
Can't wait to start Ripped and lose some more, just in time for my family's trip to the water park!0 -

We did so well I didn't take measurements and I know I didn't lose anything significant but I can definitely see a difference in muscle definition so I'm so happy. Thanks Jillian- love of my life.0 -

OMG!!! You ladies did fantastic!!!! What a difference I am on Day 28 today so I will share my results in five days! ( My rest day comes on friday) but so far so good!!! Thank you so much for this group. I feel so blessed. I have done the shred three times without completing it, so super exciting to be almost finished!!0

DONE! I can't believe I made it through! Thank you to my new friends for your help and encouragement. I could not have made it without you! (I would have given up for SURE!) While I have not lost a single pound or inch, I am much stronger and a whole lot less "jiggly". I celebrate the "losses' of others and hope that I have exchanged fat for some lean muscle. I am committed that this is a lifestyle change. I will continue to be active and prevent osteoporosis for a healthy future. I plan to go on to the Ripped in 30 group but at my own pace of 2 or 3 workouts per week with walking and elliptical cardio on other days. Thanks to you all for your inspiration!0
