Love the motivation

Hi, I am exited to join this group, its my frst time being in one, I would love to loose at least 10 more pounds, I need the encouragement and motivation. Thank you for letting me be a part of this group, feel free to add me as a friend, we can support each other. I need all the help I can get to stay on track. Stress and anxiousness have gotten the best of me lately, now I have an excuse to stop myself from over eating and start fresh again. Once again thank you and good luck to everyon. WE CAN DO IT! :happy:

Thank you, I am glad to be able to share with people who are going through the same things as me. Its good to support each other. Try yoga or boot camp, if they offer at your gym, its hard but sooo good.0

I agree with everyone else, this is a great motivational group. My problem is I don't like working out alone and with this group I don't feel alone. Emailcrystalo, I've heard about spinning classes but have never done one. What are they like? Would love to try one some day but where I live we have nothing like that. We've got 1 small gym at the activity center but they don't have much, mainly treadmills and an elliptical and stair step machine with a few free weights. They've started zumba classes 2 days a week but the hours for zumba don't fit my work schedule0

Spin classes are great but its not like riding a bike outside. You will find muscles you didn't realise you have. The hardest thing about spinning is the second class, lol. But by the 3rd class you get the "runners high" and then you want more. Love Zumba, sorry the hours don't work out. Its alot of fun dancing like you are out in a club sans smoke and skivvy guys.0
