    No excuses! Hopefully it is mostly water weight but I am going to try my best to kick butt on my eating this week. I plan to log food the night before and see if that helps with the planing.

    I would say low sugar helped this week, but it's been a stressful week so hardly ate anything. So i am expecting a gain next week:/

    Hoping its mostly water weight from TOM. Been struggling lately with my food choices, but i'm still going to bootcamp at 5:30 am 5 days a week. Just got to get back in the right mindset.

    Down 1 pound which after last week's gain of 3 pounds I will certainly take. Things seem to be going really well right now. Have realized for me I must avoid as much gluten as possible if I want to feel my best (body lets me know about 30 minutes after eating anything with gluten in it). This has really seemed to have made a difference. I know I feel better when I don't have it (although I LOVE bread!).

    I wasn't going to even weigh in this week as I was so embarrassed over the choices I have made so far in this challenge. Not that it is an excuse, but I have been suffering from bursitis of the knee which has stopped me from being able to work out and I have sunk into a depression and when I am depressed I eat. Combine that with Hallowe'en chocolate and the results speak for themselves...

    Alison,

    Hang in there! Don't be so hard on yourself! I know you can do this!! I can imagine how hard it must be to not be able to work out. But my best advise would be to take baby steps into a healthier you. Start from the beginning. Just take it one week at a time. For this week focus on drinking your water and maybe logging your foods. (Not sure if you already do these things.....but for me that is what helps to get me back on track). We are all here for you!!! Hope you feel better soon!!
