I LOVE FOOD!!

After eating at 1500 calories a day for about 3 months straight and then feeling awful about myself about going over, then upping my calories, and now doing a TDEE Metabolism Reset (about 2357 calories to maintain)... I definitely have a different relationship with food. I adore food. So much.

I originally only wanted to do this reset for only like four weeks... but after not even a week, I can't even imagine going back down to 1500 let alone cutting for a while. I think I'm going to enjoy the food, eat my TDEE, and then cut when I'm ready.

In the mean time, I am mainly going to focus on rising my activity level.
