Well my review of Em2wl is the following
starting weight 195.5
waist 35
hips 44
Today weight 192.5
waist 33
hips 43
The macronutrients i didn't pay attention to but still saw some success.
Calories eating was awesome yesterday i ate 2400 calories and exercise and didn't gain. I feel with the weight lifting It's very effective to lose fat and maintain muscle mass at the time
