Very happy to say lost 1.6 lbs this week, was a hard week with yesterday working at church Trunk or Treet, handing out hot dogs wrapped in bacon, chilie cheese nacho's, I keep so busy serving everyone, when my shift was over I went home, stayed away from all the candy and cleaning up left overs, thats my weekness, putting food in trash or away, Its going to be a good week, my Birthday is Monday and my daughters Birthday is next Thursday, so a party week, I can do this !!!

Well, I am sorry to say that I am going backward. :frown: I gained .4 of a pound this past week. I am determined to post a LOSS next week!!! Lord, give me strength!!!

I am down 2.6 this week. First milestone of 10 lbs!! Great job to everyone!! Have a great weekend....wish me luck....My husbands birthday is Saturday and my son's is Sunday!! :-)
