I felt a little sore in the back of my legs this morning, Im not sure if its because I have been speed walking 4 miles for the last 3 days before I do my workouts or if its from the Ripped but I pushed threw and once I put the dvd on I did great. I wasn't sure if I really liked this workout after yesterday (I am so used to the shred) but after I finished today I think I am really going to enjoy this one :happy:
I just keep telling myself pain is beauty and if I want to wear that bathing suit this summer I better work HARD and push myself. I hope everyone is having a great day and did their ripped workout !!

I am super sore on back of legs as well...I can barely sit down. It must be the lunges, dead-lifts, etc. I also can't do the pushups on my knees...I just hang out in plank as long as I can and attempt a pushup...but I am really strong on some of the other things so all in moderation, right?

I was also sore today on the backs of my legs, I think its from all the straight leg exercises she does with weights. Sweated buckets today and nearly got sick halfway thru (i imagine this is because I have a cold and can barely breathe to begin with). but i pushed thru and I am so grateful I did.0

Finding level 1 not too bad if im honest. Sore from my 10k race on Sunday but still giving it my all. bring on day 30
