:smile: I power walk and jog in the summer time 2 hours a day.
For the past few months I been using Leslie Sansone dvd's.
I own every one of her dvd's.I love it and they do work.
I enjoying working out with Julian Michaels and I do kick boxing to.
Its great to workout to keep healthy and it does take away stress :happy:

    Mine is the Walk Away Your Waistline and the 5 Day Slim Down.
    I love using the boosters on the walks too.
    I just started strength training with the Walk Away Your Hips & Thighs DVD.
    I'm feeling it!!
