wow did 1 mile with Leslie sansone
well i did not realize i was so unfit it got my heart going and sweated but i really enjoyed it i can feel its working my legs are aching lol well im starting off low but as i get fitter i will go up a mile
How do you log your miles walked with the Sansone videos
When I walk the 5 mile video that is 12 minutes per mile do I put that down as walking 5mph for 60 minutes which seems to exagerate the calories burned or should I put down low impact aerobics for 60 minutes. What does everyone else do?
