HAPPY …. HEALTHY …. December 2015 Walkers!
I wanted to share with you the Walk Plan that I will be doing from my home … I hope it helps everyone to keep WALKING STRONG right through this joy-filled time of year! I love knowing that I NEVER WALK ALONE …. and YOU’LL NEVER WALK ALONE …. (***Have you heard Josh Groban’s version of that song? …. SO AMAZING! It’s on You Tube!)
So let me sing us on our way ….

Wed. Dec. 2 – REST DAY! “Rest” is part of fitness – rest those muscles today!
Thurs. Dec. 3 – 3 Mega Miles!
Fri. Dec. 4 – REST! Plan tomorrow’s Walk – WHEN will you walk?
Sat. Dec. 5 – Walk It Off in 30 Days!
Sun. Dec. 6 – REST! Walking helps us to “focus” – at the Desk too long? Go Walk!
Mon. Dec. 7 – 4 Mile Power Walk
Tues. Dec. 8 – REST! Walking works to keep BLOOD PRESSURE healthy!
