How do you log your miles walked with the Sansone videos

When I walk the 5 mile video that is 12 minutes per mile do I put that down as walking 5mph for 60 minutes which seems to exagerate the calories burned or should I put down low impact aerobics for 60 minutes. What does everyone else do?

I used/use a pedometer while I walk and it tells me the mph etc..
And Cals burned.
It doesn't register the walks very well though.
So, I use this as a guideline: http://www.walkathome.com/exercise/calorie-burn-per-mile/
And remember it does depend on how much effort you put in. You know what I mean?
Like some days you are lifting those legs and others you are just like meh...and dragging them.
So, I think it all evens out though in the end.
Hope that helps!0 -
thanks for the site. I did check it out and it looks like 100 calories per mile is a good average. I am getting ready to walk now -hope to get at least 3 in. Hope you had a good holiday weekend.0

When I workout with Leslie Sansone. It’s depends on the workout I ad it as a cardio and how many minutes and if she is doing straight as well I add an extra 5 / 10 minutes to it0
