Tuesday Challenge

In addition to what you already have planned - do the following! (I like to do things like this right before bed!) If you wear a heart rate monitor, tell us how many calories you burned while doing it!

20 Jumping Jacks
10 Burpies
20 Lunges (each leg)
10 Push-ups
10 Dips
20 Lunges (each leg)
20 Second Plank (you choose if on hands or forearms)
20 Tummy Tucks
20 Bicycle Crunches

Repeat (at least once!)

    I'll give it a SHOT - saw something like this on Pinterest. "repeat" won't happen, my hips are too bad for that.... but that might be a good internal goal!

    a) Tummy Tucks (deep stomach muscle exercise):
    Let your belly sag! Breathe in normally and as you breathe
    out, gently draw in the lower part of your stomach, pulling up
    and in with your pelvic floor muscles at the same time. Pause
    and then let go. Don’t move your back at any time. You
    should be able to breathe and talk while you exercise.

    im down to try this too!! i planned on doin sumthin outside tomoro and this would b perfect! imma for sure do it once and judge how i feel for a 2nd one. i do have a minor injury im gettg over.

    I'll do this but I will do it by following my wii, biggest loser program, and I will probably skip the jumping jacks and do something different.

  • Yes! I am in! Thanks for this by the way I was looking for something quick I could do occasionally...as a mother of 2 under 2 sometimes I barely have more than 10 minutes for myself (unless I want to wake up super early, or stay up too late)

    Done & done!! I had my hrm on but it kept losing my bpms. BOO! So I'll say I'm sweating, so that's an indicator that I burned a few calories. :-)

    i just want to thank you for this program. i had been waiting two days but circumstances didnt allow. so finally i did it yesterday and im prepared to add it to my weekly workouts 2x a week.
