Hi, my name is Sarah, and I'm a former non-running, exercise avoiding, sweat hater.
Last week was week 3... and it totally kicked my *kitten*. I decided to do a "November Experiment" starting on Saturday where I would increase my calories since my exercise has increased so much.
Today was week 4, day 1. I nailed it!!! Woot Woot! So, who's the sexy beast that can run for 5 minutes?

It's an amazing feeling meeting ur goals! Good job!! And boosting ur calorie intake to kick it up in exercise will boost ur metabolism too.

Just signed up for the Shamrock Run 5k here in Portland. I'm currently wearing a men's XL, and ordered a women's Large for my tech shirt after some fantabulous advice from my running partner for this race.
My running partner told me that if she thinks I'm ready by then I can change my registration to the 8k instead. We'll see about that. LOL0 -

I started last week alongside my 5 days a week spinning and step and just can't seem to get into week 1 day 3... I might try and do it tomorrow afternoon and Saturday...
