Sunday Mini Challenge:
Food- make sure you are being honest with everything you consume.
Cardio/Strength- we all deserve a day of rest and relaxation so today is that day.

Please note that this is just a guide-line. I am by no means a professional in diet nor exercise and what I state here are things that I have learned and tried through my year long journey. Please go at your pace but make sure you challenge yourself. You will see results. This is all about supporting each other through some of the toughest days and celebrating our successes. Good luck to all of you and I hope you have a great week.

Keep smiling ,

alright finally jumping back into these challenges...

Monday: Didn't see the exercise challenge til halfway through the day, and it was my roommates bday so we went out to dinner so I did not stay under my calories (though I tried to stay somewhat reasonable) and I did not find time to get the exercise in :(

Tuesday: Have been grazing all day rather than eating large meals...close for the food challenge. I went for a 30 minute walk with my dog, and did the crunches from yesterday and the circuit training from today...wooo!!

I haven't been very good the last couple of days, just lazy I guess anyway, today I pulled it together and did 45 min. of cardio on the bike and the strength exercise, also did some yard work, water is good, but sodium is most likely over since I had a lean cuisine for supper....yummy but full of salt! Have a great weekend!

    Saturday
Food- today food was off. under cals but didn't space out meals. skipped breakfast and just over all off day.
Cardio/Strength- good outside play with family: also walked hr today
Water- drink working of 64 oz

Rest day so needed. Hopefully next week is less hectic, but it's holiday season so I doubt it. However I've managed to stay on track with food. Next week will have to get to a 100% on track with mini challenges. Way to go Pammie! I eat lean cuisine every now and then. Chicken parm is my fav!

Another Lean Cuisine fan! My favorite is turkey & dressing....comfort food  I really don't know how they can make it for 290 calories!
I did pretty good with food today, I usually eat a lot of fruits and veggies so I'm good on that one, did quite a bit of walking too, not so leisurely though, I was pushing the wheelbarrow:laugh:
