I am putting up a challenge to help us get though the holiday
Your challenge is to eat as CLEAN as possible until thanksgiving. I don't know about you guys but id like to splurge on a day where family comes together to enjoy one another's company! Let's not forget the real reason! FOOD
So there you have it! Eat as clean as possible and if you do go over in your calories don't worry about it. The next day is a NEW day to start over!
Remember that there is 2 full weeks before thanksgiving! WE CAN DO THIS

Gonna try and make good choices and then on thanksgiving.. I'll try to eat more turkey since I usually splurge on ham! Ham for days!!!!!0
