We are supposed to weigh in also on 11/5, but something happened with the worksheet that it didnt save that date. If it is okay for everyone we will weigh in then too, but if not I will leave it for the 12th. Would you rather skip a week and try to not look or check every week? xoxo

seemed to have gained 2 pounds, but lost an inch on my waist. Hope it's muscle, but i've been majorly slacking lately due to life stuff0

Ack, I forgot to log again! But I weighted myself this morning and I'm the same. I gained a pound after my initial weigh in but lost it by today. I consider it a success0

I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow. Friday seems to be the best day for me. Monday was getting me too discouraged0
